I am a seasoned leader in innovation and entrepreneurship, recognized as Best Executive of the Year at the 2009 Women in Business Conference in Oman. With 18 years of experience across public and private sectors, I focus on leadership development, women’s empowerment, and social entrepreneurship. As the founder of Carbon6 and an MBA holder, I am dedicated to connecting and empowering women globally, having presented at prominent events like Google in Silicon Valley. My work centers on building purpose-driven businesses and fostering social innovation.
Hmood Al Mamari

I hold a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on control systems and robotics. My academic background allowed me to develop a deep understanding of closed systems and their complexities. During my studies, I cultivated skills in robotics, leading to opportunities for research in the field. This research experience honed my expertise in hardware, controllers, and related technologies. Currently, I am a System Engineer at Byanat, where I lead projects involving the design, construction, and implementation of complex systems. My role allows me to leverage my technical background to deliver innovative solutions.
Fatma Al Mukhaini

Fatma Al Mukhaini is a Project Management graduate with an excellent academic record and a strong commitment to continuous growth. Her outgoing personality and love for challenges allow her to excel both independently and in team environments. As a Business Analyst, Fatma has experience in E-PMO, Strategy & Transformation, and RPA, where she ensures compliance with business and technical standards. She takes full responsibility for supporting project management from kickoff to completion, focusing on timely delivery and quality. Sustainable Engineer
Qahtan is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over a decade of experience in the construction industry. Specialising in project management, technical supervision, and design peer reviews, he has successfully delivered over 200 million OMR worth of diverse projects in Oman, including prestigious residential developments in Al Mouj Muscat. Qahtan is actively researching sustainable construction practices in academia and is dedicated to designing and implementing sustainable construction solutions in professional projects.
